The morning – Arriving with yourself & cacao ritual
With dance and movement we leave everyday life behind and arrive in the space. Through meditation and small encounter exercises we perceive our body more consciously. We take time for our boundaries and clarify what we need in order to move safely and freely.
In the shared cacao ritual a quiet, warm moment arises to breathe and open to everything this day brings.
Shared potluck buffet during the break
We shape the break as a nourishing, shared bring-and-share buffet (potluck). Please do bring a little something to eat that you like and would like to share.
We want to consciously carry the beautiful energy, warmth, and mindfulness from the hall into the break: A place to eat with pleasure, to be in relaxed contact, or simply to continue flowing in quiet.
The afternoon – Exploring touch
In the afternoon we come back into the body. In clearly guided exercises we explore touch: How does giving feel, how does receiving?
Step by step, touch is given more space. You do not have to perform anything: Your body belongs to you, your no is just as welcome as your yes – and a maybe may also remain. Touch here becomes something we listen to together.
The free space – Cuddling & Open Space
To close we open the space for free flow without a fixed program: Perhaps you would like to snuggle with one person. Perhaps a small cuddle pile arises. Perhaps you would like to dance once more, move, follow an encounter, or simply lie on a mat and enjoy the energy of the space.
You may switch, observe, seek closeness, or withdraw at any time. We hold the space and make sure that all agreed boundaries are respected. In the closing sharing circle we let the day come to a close together.
