On this weekend we will devote ourselves entirely to the dance of Shiva and Shakti, moving with and in the power of polarity.
What is Shiva Shakti – and what does that have to do with you?
Shiva and Shakti are not myths. They are the two primordial forces in you
– stillness and pulse, space and movement, consciousness and energy.
Shiva is the space.
The still consciousness that judges nothing and yet encompasses everything.
Unmoving being – like an invisible field full of possibilities.
In you, Shiva is the wide inner space that simply watches, holds, and is.
Shakti is the movement.
The breath of life, the pulsing, the creative fire.
Pure energy that dances, vibrates, and takes form.
In you, Shakti is everything that feels, transforms, and makes you alive.
Shiva holds. Shakti moves.
Consciousness and energy – stillness and dance.
Two forces, one whole.
And you are both.
On this weekend we want to devote ourselves entirely to these qualities, to feel the difference: when are we Shakti and when are we Shiva. Which of them comes up short, and how do these qualities express themselves in our everyday life. And from there we can recognize that the whole world consists of polarities and that we can always decide again where we move – and above all that both have a place in us.
We will move a lot together, dance, be still, and feel. And together we will dance the dance of Shiva and Shakti with one another. In touch exercises, in energetic and dynamic meditations, in the play of closeness and distance, we will find out where things perhaps do not flow so easily in our lives and where we may continue to develop together.
