Perhaps the word Tantra has already touched you once – softly, like a whisper that makes you curious. And perhaps there is also a small hesitation, a question mark, a gentle uncertainty. All of that is allowed to be there. Exactly with that, you are welcome.

Our Beginners Day is an invitation to get to know yourself a little more closely again – with everything you feel, everything you seek, everything you perhaps cannot yet name.

Here you do not have to prove anything, achieve anything, or be anything except yourself.
We are glad when you honor your boundaries, when you feel where you want to stay – because it is precisely there that mindfulness begins, trust begins, touch begins.

Gently we open a space together in which you may feel what it means to feel fully alive. Through gentle meditations, through dance, through moments of encounter and silence, we connect – with ourselves, with one another, with the greater whole that carries us.

Sometimes it becomes still and soft, so that your heart can feel safe.
Sometimes it may pulse, powerful and free.
Everything has its place – in your tempo, in your truth.

We welcome you – with your courage, your joy, your longing, and also with your doubts, your caution, your tenderness.
Everything you bring is part of this journey.
