Burning Heart Tantra Frankfurt

Sister Heart: tantric circle for women

WeekendWomenBeginnersAdvanced
2027
DIE HALLE, Höhenstr. 20, Hinterhaus, 60385 Frankfurt am Main

We want to create a space in which we as women may be fully ourselves: with our longing, desire, vulnerability, and strength. In this protected space each of us can experience her own boundaries and grow beyond them.
Mindful touch will be an essential part of our shared journey. We will explore the healing power of tantric practice in order to open the path to more authenticity and inner freedom.

Topics

Contents of our last cycle:
First meeting:
  • The body and my relationship to it
  • Boundaries and intimacy
  • Introduction to tantra massage
Second meeting:
  • Relationships: to men, women, parents, children, friends – and to ourselves
  • Healing resonance as a tool for connection and transformation
Third meeting:
  • Sexuality and early experiences
  • Discovering your own yoni and childhood experiences
  • Healing old wounds and traumas
  • Introduction to yoni meditation and yoni massage
We will take the freedom to adapt contents and emphases flexibly – in harmony with the energy of the group and the needs that arise over the course of our time together.
All exercises take place by consent. As always, you are invited to go only as far as feels right and comfortable for you. There is nothing you have to do. You are invited to perceive your boundaries, to respect them, and thereby also to strengthen the mindful way you treat yourself.

Facilitation: Basia & Yun

Poem by Basia

Do we want to do this well?
Do we want to connect,
so that it becomes good?

To have competition when it comes,
but not to let it have the last word.

To feel jealousy
when it is there,
but not to let it dominate everything.

Fear
Reaction
Being excluded
Abandonment
Insecurity
let them be,
but not use them
to hurt one another.

Can we be so awake
that everything that is
may be there,
without us holding on to it?

May the new begin
in every moment?

Will we open the door
to love
when it comes?

Will we cry
when sadness comes?

Will we laugh
when we get tangled
in the nonsensical,
the dramatic, the pathetic?

Will we be free
to write our own story?

Will we have the courage
to question everything,
but also to accept everything
that life gives us?

Will we be sisters?

Accommodation & meals

  • There is the possibility of overnighting in a shared room on a mattress (please bring your own bedding, cost 25 € per night).
  • We will take a shared lunch break. Everyone is warmly invited to bring something delicious so that we can create a small buffet for everyone together. We want to carry the beautiful energy and the warm mood from the hall into the break, and keep flowing together while we eat.
