This seminar forms the conclusion of our shared path. After experiencing presence, polarity, and the power of the open heart, we now turn to perhaps the greatest invitation of Tantra: complete letting go.
Death belongs to life. Not only at the end of our life, but in every moment. Every breath ends. Every moment passes. Every encounter changes. Again and again we may take leave – of ideas, roles, fears, relationships, or old identities.
And yet exactly therein lies an unforeseen freedom.
Tantra invites us not to regard death as an opponent, but as one of the greatest teachers of life. For whenever we are ready to let go, space arises for something new. The little death of the ego, of control, and of our stories opens access to a deeper reality – to a consciousness that exists beyond becoming and passing away.
Transcendence does not mean fleeing from life. It means accepting life so completely that nothing more needs to be excluded. Joy and pain. Beginning and end. Birth and death. Everything may be part of the great whole.
On this weekend we explore the art of letting go. Through meditation, breath, touch, rituals, and conscious encounter we practice giving up control and trusting the flow of life. We meet our fears as well as our longing for freedom and experience that behind every ending a new spaciousness can arise.
It is not about overcoming death, but about embracing it as part of life. For those who have learned to die often begin for the first time to truly live.
