Tender Heart is Tantra for young people up to around 37 years of age.
This taster evening invites you to get to know the tantric field of Tender Heart and to feel the energy of the Tender Heart community – playful, sincere, deep, and alive.
Experience your tenderness and vulnerability in a space held with great love and care. Feel the power that is hidden in your tenderness, that lies in slowness and in your feeling. Away from concepts and rules, we move together and playfully in the space of connection, closeness, and aliveness. What matters is only you and your experience in the mirror of the person opposite you.
What to expect
- a guided meditation that helps you arrive in your body and find stillness.
- encounters and touch in an attentive and loving space.
- exploration of your own tenderness and vulnerability.
- exchange about experiences and feelings, to share what has been lived together.
Important
- Clothed & Safe: All exercises take place with consent. As always, you are invited to go only as far as you feel comfortable. There is nothing you have to do. You are invited to get to know and honor your boundaries, and thereby learn to honor yourself.
- Your boundaries: Your comfort zone is sacred. Whether you only want to watch, join in slowly, or dive in fully – everything is right. Your pace determines the day, not the other way around.
- No prior knowledge: All you need is your curiosity and the willingness to open yourself to something new.

Liebe Yun, lieber Sebastian, ich wollte euch noch eine kurze Rückmeldung schicken zum letzten Treffen der Zarten Herz Samstagsgruppe. Die Geschichten vorgelesen zu bekommen und anschließend Fragen dazu in Kleingruppen zu besprechen, empfand ich sehr bereichernd. Es hat eine gewisse Verbindung aufgebaut, den Raum geöffnet uns mit unseren Erfahrungen zu zeigen, sie auszusprechen und uns mit unserer Verletzlichkeit zu zeigen.
