What awaits you is a lovingly held space to come into contact with yourself and to feel safe. Here you have time to breathe, to arrive, and the opportunity to meet previously unknown people on a deeper level. You may be fully yourself, without a mask, and do not have to pretend. For us it is about the conscious perceiving and feeling of the other person, in order to make authentic contact possible.
What to expect
- a guided meditation to arrive with yourself, in your body.
- a series of guided 1-to-1 encounters (10-15 minutes each).
- appreciative and deep communication beyond small talk.
- the invitation to perceive the person opposite you with all your senses.
- a place to be yourself.

- a group of 10 to 30 loving people.
All exercises take place with consent, the evening takes place clothed, and you may always honor your personal boundaries. It is about being present and perceiving the person opposite you. We look forward to a diverse, open and well-attuned group where everyone can feel welcome and at ease. Perhaps on this evening you will find someone with whom you would like to arrange another meeting. In any case you will have the opportunity to leave this experience inwardly strengthened, with a feeling of connectedness and a new access to your true self.
